I simply can’t wrap my arms around the choice many people have made to NOT carry flood insurance in Florida, where Hurricanes are as prevalent as coyote sightings in Connecticut. I understand the cost for insurance is astronomical, but it is peanuts in comparison to replacing your entire home. A sobering article.
